Magic Hong Kong

In recent years, magic has returned to the entertainment scene and had grown in popularity. In the 1980s there was David Copperfield and there were not much publicity until recently when the likes of David Blane and Chris Angel came into the scene and provided a much needed lift for this type of entertainment.

In Hong Kong, magic has continuously been a popular art and attraction at performances, shows, events and such. People like Albert Tam who is also known as Mr Magic of Hong Kong has been performing for many years now where he is considered to be veteran in this art. In fact, he has been performing for more than 20 years and has travelled the world with his trade. So recognized is he that he was also appointed to supervise the recent 2009 World Magic Convention in Beijing event.

Others like the Hong Kong Magician group are the more commercial magicians where they are involved with company dinners and events to entertain the guests. They perform from small gatherings to large events and is made up of 3 renowned magicians namely Zenneth Kok, Lezlie Cheung and Avon Lee all of whom have their own trademarks and success.
